  • What is your involvement?

    A SourceOwls role:

    1. Source (Identify) candidates.

    2. Conduct one interview with the candidate to ensure they match the job qualifications that are given to you within our portal.

    3. Document all the answers from your interview & acquire an up-to-date resume from the candidate.

    4. Add resume, questions, and notes into your SourcesOwls platform.

    Your job is completed. The client handles the process from this point forward. The SourceOwls platform with notify you of the progress along the way.

  • How do I know when a placement is made?

    The SourceOwls platform will notify you when the candidate has accepted an offer and agreed on a start date. If you should have any questions you can always reach out to the SourcesOwls support team.​ ​

  • When do I get paid?

    Our fee is due from the client once the candidate reaches 45 days of employment. This is typically 45-60 days from the candidate’s starting date. (Special terms and/or conditions may apply to candidate guarantee periods to specific client job postings. These terms are disclosed in the job details.)

  • Where can I live?

    SourceOwls can live anywhere in the world. As long as you have good communication skills, have the ability to identify quality candidates and are capable of thoroughly documenting candidate interview details, we welcome you to apply to become a SourceOwl.

  • Can I work on SourceOwls jobs full time or part-time?

    Sure, our platform by design was built for both full and part-time recruiters. We like to call it the anytime “AT” recruitment platform.

  • Can I use my company name?

    Yes, we can process checks to either you personally or a company name, as long as it is a legal entity.

  • Can I see my submission to candidate acceptance ratio in the portal?

    Yes, we give you detailed data on your submissions. Number of total submissions, rejections, submission approvals, interview requests, offers and placements.
