You apply
Fill in the affiliate form. It takes a few minutes and asks for little beyond how to reach you and where you plan to share.
We review and approve you
A person reads every application. Most are answered within three days, and you hear back either way rather than being left wondering.
You share your link
You get a referral link of your own, and material to use alongside it, so you are not writing anything from scratch. Put it wherever your audience already is.
You get paid
When a company you introduced makes a placement, your commission is worked out and paid the following month. You can see what is owed before it arrives.

No. Joining and taking part is free, and there is no minimum you have to produce to stay in the program.
Do I need to be a SourceOwls customer?
No. We would be glad if you were, but it is not a requirement. Plenty of affiliates have never posted a job with us.
What actually counts as a referral?
A company that reaches SourceOwls through your link and goes on to hire. The credit stays with you for three years from that first introduction.
How and when am I paid?
Through Stripe, on a monthly schedule. You will need a Stripe account before your first payout can be sent, so it is worth setting one up while your application is being read.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are answered within three days. Every one is read by a person rather than scored by a machine.
Where do I find the full terms?
The affiliate agreement covers the program in full, and you get a copy of it when your application is approved.
